“I always look forward to Vicky’s pilates class on Thursday evenings. Vicky is welcoming and her classes are friendly and relaxed. The classes are well thought out and structured and for many of the exercises she gives variations so you can choose the level that you feel most comfortable with and can challenge yourself if that’s what you want to do. I’ve been going to Vicky’s classes for a good number of years and I never tire of them.”
